Working at first merchants changed my life for the better. I have learned so much, I have gained wonderful peers and feel so blessed that I get to work with such a wonderful company.

First Merchants has changed my life. I started working here 6 years ago in customer service, I am now Deposit Operations Specialist. Training peers on how to do processes. My manager has been amazing and truly cares about her team. FMB changed my life for the better and love what I do.

I have been with this company for 5 years. I am very loyal to FMB, growing my career here has been a blessing. Over the course of 2+ years i've been given more responsibilities in my job. I feel the compensation doesn't match my hard work and sometimes can make it overwhelming.
