overall its not terrible. i think if we made some improvements and if we felt more vauled our work morality would increase

i am thankful for the schedule that allows me to be their for my children as a working mom, and i am even more thankful for a manager who does her best to manage all of our personal lives and still run a banking center. she really does do her best to make it work for us all and doesnt get the credit

I have the most helpful team. They never berate me for asking questions even if I have asked it before. They do their best to assist me in any way they can on top of doing their own work.

the cost of living is high right now. i feel that i have to live paycheck to paycheck and i give all my time to my job here. i cant exactly always be financially responsible when i barely make it.

i can speak for many when we say the work load compared to the paycheck we receive is stressful. it feels as if we can only earn more by selling products rather be being successful at doing the daily tasks and building relationships with our customers.

Not necessarily undervalued but I do believe overall the pay could be increased due to cost of living. It isn't terrible but I do know that many of us are living paycheck to paycheck and work hard for our customers as the frontline of First Merchants. I do enjoy my job and interacting with customers
