Money, FMB isn't comparable to other companies and the new pay structure is terrible.

Sincerity. As we grow, executive leadership responses feel like they are becoming more scripted and less sincere. The restructure of employee grades was a major fail and was sold as a way to structure job pays to better match the overall benefit they bring to the company, but seems to have failed.
Everyone knows that change fatigue has been difficult over the last couple of years, but no thanks has come in the form of money or vacation. We are all working harder and longer than ever before and are becoming stressed at work and home over it. Inflation was 11% last year, we didn't keep up.
