the individual scorecards make for a competitive environment and create issues among coworkers when you work for a slower paced center. My experience with branch goals helps the team collaborate together to achieve goals and work with a cohesive mindset.
The wages are great but the benefits are not good. The health benefits are expensive and only offer high deductible plans. This is not beneficial to many people with health issues. It is also not great how you have to participate in the vitality thing to earn HSA benefits and discounts.
