My overall experience has been good. Hoping that continues in the future.

Overall, my experience has been good. I feel like i get the support i need from my team. I do feel like the PTO/sick time could be better. I would prefer all PTO to vacation and sick time and i would prefer more PTO days. I also feel that other than branch staff more WFH should be allowed.

My overall experience has been positive. There are some things i would like different such as PTO and WFH. I also think as we are not customer facing, we should be able to wear jeans every day.

Working here is good, but I'd prefer 15+ days of flexible PTO instead of 10 vacation and 5 sick days. Jeans should be allowed daily unless meeting clients. More flexibility to work remotely, from anywhere we’re effective, would also be a big improvemen

Pay is fair for what i do

Again, it's the feel or family and trust.

Everyone seems very encouraging to others

That i have a job to go to.

i like the family feel

Having a group that you get along with well.

So far i have found them very engaging and helpful.

I like the 401k and the option to buy stock.

Being able to do my part to make FMB successful.

We are very laid back-we can joke around and not get offended-

No one is "excited" to go to work-If i had it my way i would work from home everyday

I like that there is a good 401K plan as well as the ability to purchase stock to invest more into my future.

My team works hard but we are all very laid back and get along well. Its nice not to be in a stuffy environment.

We are like family. We have no problem going to each other for help or just goofing around. it makes coming to work fun

My specific manager is amazing. They always listen and are always available to help. I don't really know much about the "executive" team-don't see them around much.

We are all the same kind of person-we have the same sense of humor so it's easy to be myself and not have to worry about someone being offended.

My team feels like family to me. They always make the workday enjoyable. It's nice to be with a team you actually want to spend time with and can trust.

I love that my direct supervisor always has my back. She is always available to listen to whatever my needs are. I always feel like I can go to her for anything.

My DIRECT manager is awesome-she always listens to what i have to say and my concerns. I cannot speak to any executives as i have not had any real interactions with them. I assume they are just like any other executive.

I'm not really sure how to answer as i do not use the medical or any of those benefits. I wish there was more vacation time or that instead of vacation and sick days we just had more PTO to use however is needed. I also wish i had the ability to WFH. My manager doesn't seem to allow it.
