
It has been frustrating at times due to lack of communication, but it seems to be getting better after meetings with management. New environment has helped as well
My experience here has been a roller coaster but in the recent months has leveled out. I feel like training at the branch level varies extremely and should be address for future employees. I don't think it is as adequate as it could be or should be. I think this would cut down on the errors.

I feel for the pay and what we are asked to do is not fairly compensated. I feel you should be able to get your quartly individual compensation if you are on probation but did not acquire any more points during the payout quarter
