THAT I HAVE BEEN HERE SO MANY YEARS THAT THERE ARE LOTS OF CUSTOMERS THAT WANT TO SEE ME. MAKES ME FEEL GOOD
TAKE A LOOK AT THE RESPONSIBILITIES GIVEN TO THE CRR. ALOT OF REPSONSIBILITIES AND THE PAY DOESNT MATCH. TOO MANY HATS FOR ONE PERSON
CHANGE THE INCENTIVE PROGRAM. YOU ARE GOING TO HAVE EMPLOYEES FIGHTING EACH OTHER AND NOT WORKING TOGETHER. I WANT TO FEEL APPRECIATED. GET ENOUGH HELP IN OUR OFFICE SO THAT WE DO NOT HAVE TO COVER THE SA
