
I truly enjoy what I do, but I have a great manager who pushes me to grow as well. I like the environment and the people I work with.
My team is a small close-knit group. We bounce ideas off each other and provide open and honest feedback. We genuinely see each other's success as our own success. We all enjoy helping others prosper. And we make everyday fun!
I feel undervalued because my team is referred to as "part of the leadership team," yet we are paid much less than those we train and help develop. I take on challenges, build relationships, and embody FMB values. I would feel better if my compensation was closer to those I am seen as an equal to.
