The interaction I have with my customers that I have helped and trust my knowledge and opinion.
More keeps getting added to what is expected. When the pay out for incentive/goals was changed it is harder to keep track of what getting credit for and not as much as when it was by month.
Tenure, loyalty and good work ethic should count for something but it does not seem to. The new structure of individual goals is not friendly to employees. I understand that employees need to be working to meet some goals and contribute to the overall success of the branch and bank.
