
I would love to be able to create my role, that will impact the company but I'm afraid that it won't be invested in properly.
The ERG's that have developed helps provide a better sense of community for me at the company. I am able to see my coworkers in a different light.
When I do an analysis of what others make in the same role as me at other companies, the compensation doesnt even come close. I should be making more within my role.
