
I have learned a lot about each process it totally took some time however I am getting more confident each day!
I have become more comfortable with my coworkers and I am learning more each day, I've also gotten more confident with our customers here.
Overall it has been very challenging. The job in itself is very manageable. I have caught on to tasks with in this past year and I personally see my growth. I would like to see the company step up in organization and professionalism in the way conversations are being conveyed for all.

Lunch. Providing employees time off for lunch. Eating lunch is so important and is necessary to take that time to actually eat.
Unfortunately, with working part time I do not qualify for Insurance through FMB. I work 25 hours and the minimum is 30 hours.
Weekly debriefs needed and earlier morning meetings starting at 8:45-8:50AM is too late that does not give enough time to talk and discuss current topics, changes, goals, or cooperative interaction among the team. We need to select a day where everyone is available to be present.
I believe that separating home life from work discussions will help a ton. Talking about drama at home should not be a topic at work. It makes it extremely difficult to focus on tasks here when the environment is a constant gripe of unrelated topics. Positive professional tones in voice are crucial!
It is hard to focus at work. I feel filled with rage when rules the company have inforced are not being followed. I started a year ago and it has been a tough journey to feel valued as a worker here. Our customer cliental is also very gripey and angry and tons of smoking cigarettes on the premises.
