I appreciate the employee resource groups for trying to provide a supportive atmosphere for LGBTQIA+ employees.
My coworkers at my home branch are all amazing, kind people. However, with the new Hub and Spoke, I dread coming to work on Saturdays. The CRRs and SAs at the other location are very kind people, but the branch manager makes constant disparaging remarks about my home branch.
I don't know who the leadership team entails, but I feel like there is a general lack of communication within the company between those in banking centers and those outside. There are new rules and regulations coming out constantly that don't seem to take SA and CRR experiences into consideration.
The Regional Sales Manager and Market Leader never make it out to the branches and do not take concerns at the branch seriously. The way the RSM talks to people at branch level lacks tact and empathy. I'd appreciate if they could be more open-minded when working with us at a branch level.
