
I enjoy the fact that I get a 10% shift differential but this does not apply to all departments.
In customer care, we have a lot of small things that we do to boost morale such as playing cornhole, doing karaoke, or randomly passing out ice cream when it is hot outside.
Within my department, my leadership team is excellent and does their best to take care of us and make us feel valued. That being sad I feel like this department is under very strict guidenlines which detract from the quality of the job.
I love my team lead Imyne, she is always a joy to interact with and I feel like I can grow from our conversations. I also love my manager Charlie, he is very invested in his team and our individual success as well as our success as a team.
