I like working for FMB as a whole and there are many opportunities for advancement within most departments. I think that there are certain systems that do not work well and need to be updated however, and I do think that we need to allow more departments to work from home on a more frequent basis.

I do feel very valued at the company, and I am confident in my manager and my team. Everyone has been very welcoming as I transitioned into my new role and I never feel as though I cant ask for help.

My team gets along well both professionally and personally. We are able to rely on each other to complete daily tasks as well as projects, but also know when we need a moment to take a break.

We work together well and are always open to helping each other out. My team is very family oriented as well so it is nice to know if something comes up we can work it out together.
