
I love my management team and branch team. The overall incentive for the work we do is not the best and should be appropriate to the daily work and tasks we do everyday.

I appreciate the incentive when my operating branch meets the goals. Although, with the recent changes among accounts goal and incentive plans. It seems the goals expected do not align with the incentive in place.
I have built a clientelle and customer wants to come and see me for their banking needs. I have a good handle on the tasks I need to get done every day and am able to complete those tasks
the responsibilities and tasks handed down to the banking center, on top of what I am already doing, is not fair to my compensation and pay. We are required to spend 1+ hours with a business customer and no incentive paid for it. Customer care transferring calls to the banking center.
