Too much micro-managing; needs to stop micro-managing so much.
They are good, solid workers that are motivated and motivating.

Complete the "market evaluation" before annual increases. And when the market adjustment happens, it should not absorb the previous annual increases. Three times I've busted hump to get an outstanding annual review just for my annual increase to get absorbed and put me back at starting wages.
