I think the EMT needs to listen to people who actually work on the front lines of each department. I work in consumer, in a branch, We've spent 2 years building systems like DAO and Horizon XE that don't work properly and aren't a help to those in consumer. No one listens to us.
The compensation "banding" is so difficult that we had to have numerous calls just to ensure everyone understood. I'm when you look at the band it's very frustrating because I am someone who is coming off back to back years of exceeds and my pay doesn't even match the mid pay of my band.
