Easily approachable, very friendly, always have a desire to help and are open to feedback, but often push issues off on to others and lack follow up.
Compensation does not adequately reflect the volume of work and specific responsibilities that are required of one in my position. I believe pay should more directly reward strong performance matched with volume and productivity which varies from person to person and branch to branch.
