I'm quite new to the company, and it's been wonderful so far. My manager is nice, caring, and I have my team that I can rely on and always ask questions to. Everyone is helpful, that makes me want to help others as well. Every meeting is efficient, fun, and motivating.

Supportive environment, great managers = great leaders, everyone is motivated and talented, that motivates me. Positive ripple effect!! really nothing to complain

That everyone is willing to help each others, have a 1:1 chat even they're busy. Willing to work together, keep being motivated even during lockdowns

I wish we could have more event or chance to interact with the leadership team, because I sometimes feel distant from them. (I'm based in non-US region)

When I interact with my team, team's win, when I successfully finish my project, having birthday cakes at the office xD, when I get my morning coffee

When I accomplish something in a project I'm working on. When I get to see new poeple from other teams, when I get to express my ideas and strategy plans
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem to have good OKRs, to make the company successful long term. I love that we have a clear mission and values, and clearly communicate them. I feel like many companies out there have missions and values just for the sake of the formality, but at Fivetran, we practice it everyday.
