I have some incredibly smart and talented coworkers who have worked for huge tech companies. I love seeing them bringing their expertise here to Fivetran and developing industry best practices.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
replace leadership to ensure people who are the top know how to run a company. listen to the feedback the people who work there give you on a consistent basis and at least pretend to make an effort to do something about it
