The rate of turnover is so high that you are constantly surrounded by fresh faces that are not jaded by the company yet

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Most of my colleagues lack drive and are pretty low IQ but this isnt an industry for genius level IQ like myself- this is my gal year job

Stop micromanaging and having daily meetings discissing the same things.
