Reasonably good health insurance although disappointed that the company no longer covers 100% of the monthly premium

My team are my co-workers but also my friends as we have social events outside work like happy hours and lunch.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Service Team Salaries (AC and Controller) are publically availble via the Careers page on the inDinero website, recommendation would be to make sure other team members are compensated more fairly.
