Indinero has been my 2nd home and family. I won't last more than 7 years and counting in this company if my experience is not the best. There are ups and downs, that's normal but we are resilient as always.

Annual compensation reviews are inconsistent. Usually it extends for a couple of months and percentage of increase is insignificant.

They are people-oriented and carefully considers all aspects of the company success including the employees suggestions and ideas in making decisions.

Our team is built like a family, we care about each other as teammates and friends. Everyone is ready to step up whenever someone needs help.

Being comfortable doing my job and having the support that I need to complete it. They also recognize the achievements and great performance that I attained.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher compensation at par with outside competitors in the same industry. Increase non-taxable allowances or benefits. With the rising prices nowadays, best to add premium on top of the regular appraisal amount every year.
