I am happy working with InDinero, the only downside is the compensation. It is no longer aligned with the current market which is why employees are being poached by competitors.

I am paid above the industry rate. The perks are pretty good not to mention the medical coverage and career advancement opportunities.

A positive culture in my workplace is teamwork, it raises the morale of the employees, increases productivity and efficiency, and enhances retention of the workforce.

There is cooperation amongst the team member, everyone contributes their fair share to the team. We respect and support each other. It is fun working with everyone.

InDinero culture is the best like no other, employee engagement, and the working environment is also great as management is aware of the health and safety of the employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
My company makes me feel that I am valuable and my role has a direct impact on the operations. Co-workers are open-minded and appreciative. My employer always says "thank you" even for the simple task that I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that with the rising global fuel rate, everything is getting expensive. The bargaining power of pesos is greatly affected by the current inflation. A salary adjustment is highly recommended across the board so employees will not look outside for greener pastures.
