Positive: co-workers and immediate supervisors. Negative: Upper management seems uninterested in why customers are often unhappy.
Customers are often angry about misleading or hard-to-read sale signs. Also, I've had MANY complaints about declining quality of fabrics.
A regional manager once said "I guess everyone's expendable". To my boss. That, to me, says everything I need to know about my value here.
