There are no meetings. They expect people to pass on messages to other people. They have a morning huddle but its always the same 3 people there. When there are changes people have to figure it out on their own
Not enough hours for people that work hard. It's mainly the hours we get or don't get that are an issue. Coming in for 3 hour shifts is a waste of time. The employee discount isn't even worth it considering you can alaways get 20% off all the time.
