Over the last year, we have lost too many employees which is making our jobs harder. I would like to get a quicker process in place for replacing the folks who have left. This is has made the overall experience stressful.

I enjoy the work and company but I am very nervous about the stability of the company. I dont agree with upper management always following society's demands. We need to do whats best for the company and employees not the flavor of the month culture demand

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
That the company give more of a standard 2% raise when cost of living is higher than 2%
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being present to the whole company. Making sure everyone feels they belong and is included in all the conversations.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feeling valued, which happens most days. I am hoping my willingness to be a team player is appreciated in February.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Now that most positions have been filled, the atmosphere is getting friendlier and not so stressful. I enjoy all the activities Loup does outside of just working each day.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe that the company is to thin with employees and is wanting the current employees to work harder and take on more but doesnt want to pay us for our dedication to keep the company growing
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I enjoy working from home and not driving downtown. I am not a fan of the strict 50% policy we have. I dont believe there is a need to have everyone in the office 50% of the time. We could have 1-2 days a week with our whole team so we can collaborate when needed
