The company is improving the benefits of the at risk employees (1-5 years) but are not making substantial improvements for the employees that have been here more than 15 years.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Salaries stayed behind compared with inflation and with bonuses being adjusted makes it less competitive. Year over year the employees are working more due to jobs consolidations and workforce reductions and now we have more responsibilities but are not rewarded for the extra work.
