I have had a roller coaster of a career so far, but I have never thought about leaving and I am fully committed to staying at UP for my entire career. I don't give up and I am committed to this company in the good times and the bad times.

so far in 10 years I have been satisfied with the experience. Ive been through a lot in 10 years here and just keep pushing.

Most people are willing to help you if you need help, and care about you as an employee.

Keep us in the loop about what they are doing or what they will be doing and what the common goal is.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team works with each other better then any team I have ever worked for. We care about each other, we help each other and we cover each other any time help is needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like for the amount of work we do in contrast to the industry we are under paid. For example as a manager 2 in sales I bring in 30 million in sales and make 82,000 + bonus.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I personally sold 42M in sales in 2021 and only received 85k in pay. I feel we in sales should be paid off our total sales or monthly sales. 1% of that would be a salary of 420K so we are paid less then 1% of what we sell.

I do not so much feel undervalued in my role in sales. I did in operations before I was moved out. I think the compensation is fair, however when you bring in 30 million a year in business in, I do feel that a style of commission based pay should be discussed.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have a great team and we are all close with each other. We have a fantastic leader who leads as a leader and not a "boss" We are all trusted to do our jobs to the best of our ability and we pick each other up when needed. I would not trade or change my team for the world.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Do not feel under valued but I do feel that for the amount of business that we bring in as a individual, the pay value is very under the average it could be. For example I alone so far have brought in $23,000,000 in business, .5% of that is $115,000. I think there should be a base + commission style
