Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We pay to much for health benefits. With consolidation of teams/job we took on extra responsibilities, however compensation was not considered.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning new skills. Training opportunities to enhance my skills. Knowing that the leadership team is open and hearing employees feedback.
