The people that I work with. It feels like there's a genuine desire to both get the work done and form real connections with each other outside of work as well.

I work with a diverse group of people that seemingly care about the job and each other. It makes the workplace more fun and I like that people care about the work that we're doing.

There's zero communication from management. I've requested more communication multiple times and nothing has changed. I don't hear from them about things that I'm doing well or things that I need to improve on. However management does speak about me to other employees who then come back and tell me.
