The dedication to making work fun and celebrating national pretzel day and cinco de mayo etc. It really makes work fun when the little things are celebrated and Malouf is always willing to participate.

Unsure as to whom you are referring to. MMC? FLT? Regardless, I am unsure what these teams are accomplishing. Therefore, making it difficult to know what I like best about them. I feel like the members on both of these teams are approachable and open to having conversations.

The lack of knowledge of where I stand in the pay ranges for my role. I work very hard and accomplish a lot but am unsure if I can get the amount that I need to be happy in my current role. I take on many additional responsibilities yet my pay wasn't reevaluated when I received a promotion mid year
