We need to hire people for what they know and not who they know.
They need to treat the associates with respect and work with associates to find a solution to any concerns that may arise. They need to lead by example.
As in any company we have people who work hard and those that dont. Our leadership is aware of that and rather than fixing the issue they take advantage of those who are willing to put in the work. We are also paid less than other similar jobs around us, making it hard to retain good associates.
