Get more help. Pay better. Stop investing in companies when we're average in other departments.
We have a lot of people willing to listen but, unfortunately, that's as far as it goes.
We're a family. We have an "all hands on deck" approach. We get what we need to be done and excel beyond expectations.
Stop presenting perks as a benefit to pay less. Pay more and be less invested in new ventures. Give employees the option to OPT out of things to potentially pay more if necessary.
Leadership needs to do better at changing with the company. In business lifecycles, they tend to succeed or fail based on leadership and we are stagnant. We're not improving our oldest departments and we're bringing on new projects/ventures on without making calculated decisions.
