I like how personable they are. They aren't distant, high-browed, or haughty in any way. They are humble and love to associate with all of us when they can. They are down to earth people who are understanding of mistakes and shortcomings, but still help you be your better every day.
There is a feeling around the company that everyone is on the same playing field, likes to work hard for our customers, and is inspired by a higher cause. We all care about being the best. There's few, if any at all, who don't fit that classification. Employees are valued and well treated.
Each of us have roles that build upon each other. Like, we have to work together to make things happen. I have people I can trust and go to for help when I need it, and I am learning who I can ask when I have a question. It's nice because everyone makes themselves really approachable.
Getting to sit by the coworkers that I do has been my greatest joy. They have been a joy to get to know and associate with. They keep me laughing, which is huge for me! I also love getting to exceed the expectations of our customers. When I can do that, I am very happy.
Hah, for me it's lunch. I love having the opportunity to save on lunch every day by eating from our staff here. It keeps me eating healthy too. I see it as a sign that our executives really care about our wellbeing, so they offer us options to live well but don't constrain us or force it on us.
