Super genuine. It's not hard to see that there is real care about my work-life balance, and they're invested in my inputs at work so I feel like I am working towards meaningful goals.
Yes. I don't think the perks offered should be used as a reason to give lower salaries. They're just that - perks. I feel like I bring a lot of value and hard work to the team and would like to be compensated for that.
Great camaraderie, and for the most part similar goals. We come to work to get things done. It helps when team members have the same reason to be at work. We still have a good time together, but we also know our roles and don't mess around.
