My team is a fun group.
Everyone is very nice and wants the best for each other and the company at large. Generally there's a great work ethic here, we all hustle to make a meaningful difference.
The people are large part of why work is great. I also like to work on my craft, solving problems, creating meaningful solutions, and improving my domain. It's fun to find ways to make things better.
They give back to employees and the community instead of taking the earnings for themselves. I'm not sure how much Sam takes annually for his income but if it's under ten times what his average employee makes then he's not a normal CEO.
I don't think they fully accounted for my extra education (masters degree), and work experience. They claimed that the cost of living in Cache Valley is low but the housing market is at an all-time high. If Malouf is a global company then they should be able to compete for global talent.
