My team communicates and collaborates with amazing ease, but the same can not be said for other teams in other departments that I have been part of or heard about. lots of flip flops on decisions and poorly communicated emails/chats/calls.

The team works hard but are rarely recognized by leadership. Many team members have been disheartened by leadership and it's unscrupulous practices to place outside Caucasian people in management roles instead of minority employees who have played a role in Molina Healthcare of SC success for years

they need to allow room for growth and not keep you in the same line of business if you are well qualified they when trying to post out they always add a little bit more to the requirements to keep you in the same spot
My manager would pick one person to read through an excel presentation. No ice breakers nothing where you get to meet the ppl youre working with most of the time.
we need to be involved in the care process and asking for feed back or experiences instead of trickle down forms and more forms that don't benefit members

My team is micromanaged and are not encouraged to improve their skill set. We have a history of hiring people who do not ask questions and offer ideas. This hurts our ability to evolve.
