I constantly get spoken down to by my superiors. I didnt get a raise i was supposed to get for a whole year then when i did it was not what i was told it would be but a lot less.
Outsourcing our T1 support is going to cause a huge problem with our customers and already has shown to be one. Our servers are very slow and constantly going down if we could do something to improve those it will help as well.
