What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Too much Monday morning quarterbacks and micromanagement of the front end supervisors.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I think too many yes men and nobody understanding what we as signal Maintainer's do to get the light bulb lit correctly.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Under paid for the responsibility we have to keep people safe at railroad crossings. Benefits my wife has better vision at Walmart.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Could be better with quality training not just the required osha yearly requirements. Let's get trained on the new equipment before it is active and stop making the guys in the field come up with the fixes.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No communication always reactive and to issues not listening to workers. Too many times worker sees problem before it occurs and told let's wait then when it occurs everyone is asking why. Then everyone has to inspect something we have already brought up to supervision.
