Everyone has each others' backs. There's a strong emphasis on building each other up instead of fighting with each other or competing.

Transparency is huge for them. They have an open door policy and continue to keep contact with the individual contributor level, even moving their desks to sit with each team and keep a pulse on how everyone is feeling!
