
Love PlanSource and do not have much to complain about. They have treated me as a human and helped me advance. I do feel that in my next promortion i am going to be capped off with no more room to advance but i will cross that bridge when i get there.
Plansource is a great company and i feel leadership does their best to create a healthy enviornment for us. The issues lies in the fact of low to sub par pay as well as very little oppurtunities for career advancement: I believe plansource is very stable.
Plansource is a great company and they do what they can to ensure they can provide as good of an environment as possible for the most part. They hired me on with minimal experience and took a chance on me which is amazing.

Leadership is changing quite a bit but for the ones that have always been here, they do an excellent job and are cohesive.

Compensation is sub par compared to other organizations and raises are very low. If the salaries were higher I do not think the lower raises would bother.
It is an okay compensation though may be low compared to many other companies. The best part would be that I have a VC to look forward to.
The work life balance. My team is allowed to work from home a majority of the week and only go in office once a week. The change. I feel this is a healthy balance.
I believe it is fair pay for what I do, unlimited PTO which is encouraged to be used as well as being fully vested in 401k from day 1 as well as matching on HSA.
Our merit increases and salary bumps from promotion are not desireable. More than likely, the salaries we are offered are closer to the lower percentile. I feel my role involves specific elements thag would other not be done in certain organizations due to us being mid sized.
