be more empathetic. lately management has been very corporate head and not being empathetic of their employees persoanl life such as family , doctor visits , etc
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
completing double the workload at same pay ( mpvs ) . some managers dont complete their tasks and it puts the following manager behind while giving them workload as welll.
