Funny. Locally they are willing to share. In general, most are all about the team overall instead of their team specifically.
If compensation matched skill level and not just job title. If raises were closer to cost-of-living. If you didn't have to be super aggressive in pursuing promotion. If some team members didn't judge by job title.
I especially loved the caring showed during Covid. The focus seems to shifted to be more financially focused lately. While that is appreciated for future security, I miss a lot of the people-centric / caring that was evident during the crisis.
