
Being a remote worker I have lost the "culture" aspect of work.
Deffinitely the FTO, the abbility if needed to use more than the standard allotment of time.
Most companies say they care about the well being of their employees but here at Radancy they actualy do and it is shown in their actions.
Here in our office, we do not have a team, we have a family. We have all been together for so long that we consider each other family.
