Razorfish: I was very excited to be hired here, but business has slowed down and there isn't a clear idea of how we are moving forward ir handling this downturn. The team I am on talks about layoffs regularly and it's not encouraging.

Razorfish: Very happy to be here at Razorfish and hope to stay here for awhile. If I have any complaint it's that bonuses don't happen until the VP level, which seems strange. Every company I have worked for give a bonus (or stock) at every level.

SPS Commerce: I was overqualified and hired into a role that is chronically underappreciated. SPS will not promote unless you ask, even if you are in the associate role and your work is stellar. Will not allow movement until you maintain the role for a year. Exceptions are made for those who they like.

Percepta: Working remotely has its pros and cons. However, the constant engagement with coworkers and Supervisors makes it a lot easier to feel a part of the company. I especially find it very useful that our trainer is still able to be contacted if a question of concern arises.

SAP Concur: Allow the customer to roll over un-used expense reports they pay for each month. Improve your customer service, it is very impersonal and slow. It is extremely confusing in where to get assistance. It is not a flexible platform either, vague and cumbersome to use.
Flexsteel Industries: This company is great, it's gone through a lot of change but with change comes a lot of opportunity. The leadership team is approachable and the employees are top notch!
Pelican Products: Knowing our products help to save lives and assist in many important industries.
St. Mary's Hospital: No merit pay increases. Annual pay increases are well below the rate of inflation. Pay scales are not equitable even when looking at seniority vs individual productivity.
Percepta: Very straight forward- a lot of people claim to be this way, the leadership team here is the real deal.
