Vertafore: Poor interactions with my previous direct manager. I have a new manager now but I still have to interact with my previous manager who has unjustly threatened me as well as made me feel extremally uncomfortable more than once. This manager still works here.

The Breakers Palm Beach: Lack of training at hire. No policies pr procedures in place. Subjective management and unilateral decision making. Bad employees not dealt with leads good employees to let down and not be product Lack of communication. No clear vision, mission, or strategy. Umfair/ unbalanced treatment of staff.
Vertafore: There is too much work for the present staff. Improvements to the product are slow and always behind. The support model could be better.
The Breakers Palm Beach: This is a wonderful company to work for. The culture, goals and team atmosphere is bar none. If only the pay was a little better, it would be a 10/10!

Dynatrace: I would say a lot of inconsistency right now. Things fluctuate, but the biggest thing is there doesn't seem to be a lot of alignment with departmental leadership, which leads to a ton of confusion about what's actually best for Dynatrace.

City Furniture: Best culture of any retail sales company I've worked for. While there is a pressure to perform and hit goals, the company tries to treat employees fairly and with respect and understanding. Good growth as most leadership positions are filled from within. I was a salesperson promoted to management.
AgileEngine: A great place for you to start working abroad, I'm brazilian and all the schedules match with my timezone and offers me a good balance between work and life, also the compensation here is high above the brazilian markets farewell compensated, and all the people here are great to work with!

Paycor: Company structure is incohesive and bad communication across departments. Faulty systems and processes makes it impossible to effectively do your job.

Check Into Cash: They pay every two weeks and I stepped down from my position in the middle of the pay period, Instead of having one pay rate for one week and another for the next week. They reduced my whole pay period to a smaller rate, even though I did management work for half of it. They refused to fix it.
Meltwater: The experience at Meltwater is good. I like working here.
Cubic Transportation Systems: Leadership needs to listen to the employees and fix long standing issues between departments.
Meltwater: I am feeling grateful to have this career chance and develop my professional (sales) skills.. I am thankful for the people, although sometimes I feel work takes over a little too much of my private life.. which would be better if I got compensation for it! Overall super happy though :)
