our office manager , very fair and communicates to us and jumps in when help is needed.
Alot of employees drive far to work, company does not take this in consideration ,when calculating merits,or the cost of living since covid, also taking our 401 benefits is very disappointing.
communication be more welcoming and talkative when coming into the offices, stop favoritism with employees,when doing one one or write ups don"t put employee down or talk to them disrespectfully, words can hurt! (regional manager not office manager)
