Reaching personal goals and achievements is a big driver of happiness but also having good moments with those that I work with. Getting to know coworkers can sometimes be tough when people are busy but when you have a good moment to chat, it's really nice.

Those I've worked with have been very positive and friendly while also staying professional. I think people can come off as fake nice at work at times but everyone I work with is extremely genuine with their kindness and it shows with coworkers as well as patients.

I've had little interaction with the leadership team but in my time here I've had no issues with anything company-related. When it comes to my manager, she is everything I could ask for in a manager: good at her job, attentive, approachable, and invested in my career and me as a person.
