I will mention that a very big negative is the sick days that were taken away from those of us that worked hard to save those for a rainy day. Many of us turned unused vacation days into sick days which should not be able to be touched.

Lamar Advertising: Good. I would recommend for someone younger if they want to move around the country, this is a great place to be to move up and advance.

First Merchants: I've seen this company grow, change hands, improve diversity and increase pay. I say this every single survey, Customer Care needs to be valued more. Care for them like they care for FMB and our customers. You want them in all other depts before outside applicants, they are super agents. Do better.

First Merchants: I have only been at FMB since Aug of 2021. I came over in the accusation of Level One by FMB, and that transition could have been smoother. With any merger, there are adjustments and changes to accept. Once I am here a year, I will be able to better answer this question.
